Please print out this order form, fill it in and either post it or fax
it to us. Alternatively you may place a telephone order. For security
reasons please don't e-mail us your credit card details.
Postage
Postage is not included in the quoted prices. Please add the appropriate
amount as shown below, or contact us for the appropriate overseas airmail
or tracked delivery charges.
U.K. postal charges: Orders up to £10, please add £2.00;
up to £25, add £3.50; up to £50, add £5 and over
£50 add £6.50.
Overseas mail charges: Overseas charges for airmail or tracked
delivery will be charged at actual price based on weight.
Orders less than £25: Please send payment with order - either
give a credit card number or enclose a cheque for the total cost of book(s)
plus the appropriate postal charges.
Payment
We accept Visa, Access and Mastercard credit cards, bank drafts and cheques
(drawn on a UK bank) in pounds sterling. Please make cheques payable to
Archetype Books. If you must pay in another currency, please add the equivalent
of £10 to cover bank charges.
If ordering within the US, please send the completed order form to our US distributor at
